How do I book an appointment?

You can book online or call us to set-up a one-hour initial assessment appointment. You will be emailed a booking confirmation which contains links to fill out an electronic intake form before you visit us.

What should I expect during my first session?

During your first session (initial assessment appointment), we will go over your history and determine the best course of action together. You will receive treatment during this session and should see results following the treatment.

What happens after my first session?

After your first session, typically you would book a 30-minute follow-up appointment in one or two weeks after your initial assessment. Each case is unique, but often we see our patients once a week or twice a month until they have recovered.

What should I wear during my appointment?

Loose fitting clothing, shorts, or tank tops that will allow your therapist to perform treatment.

Do you treat migraines?

Yes!  Migraines can be caused by a wide range of triggers. Using techniques such as dry needling and manual therapy, we can address these underlying issues and develop strategies to reduce relapse.

Do you offer physiotherapy for kids?

Yes! Although kids are resilient, sometimes they need physiotherapy too!

Do you offer appointments that are not in person?

Yes! These are referred to as telehealth appointments which can be done over the phone or online.

How do your telehealth appointments work?

We have one-hour or 30-minute appointments that are available to book through our online booking system. Once you have booked, you will receive a confirmation email with a link that will be active at the time of your appointment. Simply click on the link to join! Our system is browser based, so there is no need to download software. These sessions are great to troubleshoot pain or if you are interested in a home-based exercise program.

Do you need a doctor’s referral for an appointment?

We do not need a doctor’s referral, but you may need one for your insurance.

What are your prices for appointments?

Our prices are showcased on our online booking system and are subject to change. We do not offer package deals and will typically only see you once a week or bimonthly.

Are your services covered by OHIP?

Unfortunately, our services are not covered by OHIP.

What payment options are available?

We are a cashless business, and accept payment by Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. Our payment terminal is tap enabled.
